All servers in your account are billed hourly up to the monthly rate cap. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly rate by 672 hours (28 days). If your server is online for more than 672 hours in a month, you will only be charged the monthly fee. Accumulated charges are billed to your account on the first of each month.

Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, vCPU) and therefore will be charged until you destroy the instance. If you don't want anymore accrue charges for a virtual machine, use the DESTROY button in the customer portal.

You can add credit card balance, PIX, Boleto and even with paid market balance, for international payments we work with PayPal.

Each virtual machine accompanies a standard amount of traffic, if it exceeds the traffic you can choose to pay extra or hire a traffic plan that best suits you.
